We have recently carried out a 360-degree evaluation of a company’s employees for the senior management team which consisted of a currently relevant employee survey.
Also, we have designed and conducted a shorter team survey by holding individual meetings to pinpoint concerns and capture ideas for improvement and assess employee engagement.
The results enabled the management team to get a better understanding of the challenges they were facing and take the appropriate actions.
